Do you use genuine Rolex parts?
We use genuine Rolex parts where available. For discontinued references and certain dial/hands/ceramic bezel inserts, we source OEM-equivalent components that meet original Rolex specifications. Every part we install is documented and photographed for your service records.
What’s the difference between a full service and a smaller repair?
A full service (overhaul) is the complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of the movement, typically every 5-7 years. A smaller repair addresses a specific fault (crystal replacement, bezel service, crown service) without disturbing the movement. We will always recommend the smaller repair if a full overhaul is not yet necessary.
My Rolex has a sapphire crystal that chipped — can you replace it?
Yes. We replace sapphire and acrylic crystals on all Rolex models including Cyclops-equipped Datejust and Day-Date. After replacement, we pressure-test the watch to factory depth rating. Most crystal replacements are completed in 1-2 weeks.
Do you service Rolex Oyster Perpetual quartz (Cellini)?
Yes. The Oyster Perpetual Datejust quartz (cal. 3035, 3135 quartz variants discontinued in mid-2000s) and the Cellini quartz models use a different movement family. Battery replacement is straightforward and typically done same-day.
My Submariner flooded with seawater. What are my options?
We do not attempt to repair flood-damaged movements in-house. We document the case with a written estimate for movement replacement (typically RM 4,500-6,500 for a modern Submariner cal. 3235 movement exchange) and let you decide whether to proceed. Some older flooded Submariners can be restored depending on how quickly they were serviced; contact us within 24-48 hours of flooding for the best chance of recovery.
