Petaling Jaya is one of our biggest customer demographics. The PJ customer typically owns a mid-range to upper-luxury watch — many have multiple watches in rotation, purchased during the regular Watches & Wonders roadshows in KL, or inherited from family. The most-common brands from PJ customers are Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Tudor, Tissot, and Seiko (including the Grand Seiko Spring Drive line). Several PJ customers service their watches with us regularly every 5-7 years, with no break in service history.

We also see a high volume of vintage Seiko divers from the 1980s and 1990s (the 6309 and 7002 families are very popular with PJ collectors), and a steady stream of luxury quartz cells that need capacitor or battery replacement. PJ customers favour our book-in service over the drop-in rush, and we typically reserve Saturday mornings for PJ customers who prefer not to take time off work.

Paradigm Mall Workshop Details

Our Petaling Jaya workshop is on the upper level of Paradigm Mall, with direct street-level access from the covered car park. The workshop is equipped with Bergeon and Horotec specialty tools, Witschi timegrapher, Elma ultrasonic cleaner, and a pressure-test chamber rated to 1220m. Most PJ customers walk in with their watch and walk out with a working timepiece on the same day for standard services.

Paradigm Mall is open seven days a week from 10am to 10pm. Our workshop hours are 10am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Sunday and public-holiday service is available by appointment only — please WhatsApp us in advance. Mall parking is free for the first 2 hours and RM 3 per hour after; valet parking RM 12.
